Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

Most robot vacuum-mop combos can be customised using a specialized app to save maps of your home as well as set cleaning schedules and choose mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and the amount of water your mop consumes.

A mapping feature aids your robot navigate through rooms while an obstacle avoidance feature will stop it from hitting furniture, wires or stray pet toys. These features are crucial for my home filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the flagship mop and vacuum, which is why it naturally comes with a host of features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and can even lift its brushes or mop pads to ensure that soft surfaces don't get wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to spot pets plants, small objects.

The robot vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals which is higher than any other robot vac we've tested up to now. It's also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR navigation to track its location, which prevents it from getting stuck on objects.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can continuously apply pressure to the pad of over 6 Newtons for a thorough clean. It also has an automatic mop lifting system which lifts the pad when it goes from tile to laminate or hardwood to carpet and rugs to avoid soaking these types of soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be washed and then dried with the dock and the dust container is automatically emptied and returned to it. You can set it to forget about it. You only need to refill the water tank or replace the dust bag on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I tested it with its standard vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to be power-deficient and return to its base for a recharge. This isn't far off from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is at par other hybrids I've tested.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only drawback is that it's expensive. The sheer amount of features make it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this model if you can justify the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its robust features, which include an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mops. It comes with an app-enabled smart controller and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop sets available at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it did well across all areas of the home, removing 98.4 percent of debris from all floors and managing to lift long hair without knots. The mops also performed well in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models due to their rotational motion and an incredibly strong cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's main selling point is its advanced multifunctional docking station. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag for dirt, refills the water tank to use for mopping, and even dry mop pads. It also has an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and lets you schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris in comparison to the other hybrid vacuum mops I tested. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's numerous premium features, it requires regular care and maintenance. To prevent the growth of mildew or unpleasant odors, the base station dustbag, water, and tanks need to be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. The mop pads sold separately will require changing regularly.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. If you're on a tight budget I suggest a more basic model that lets you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best robot mop and vacuum you could purchase but its cost and frequent maintenance will make it more of a want than need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you require to get rid of messes and remove dirt from your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop combination is a mighty suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts a huge battery capacity that can be used for both mopping and vacuuming. And it is equipped with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It has a mop with a roller that cleans by itself, making it stand out among other models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the robot and it gets a constant supply of clean, ozonated filtered water from the dock. When it turns, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes or swept away into the front colision bumper.  robot vacuum cleaner cheap  into its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements before being is poured into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard can hold a substantial amount of water, and can handle up to half a dozen mopping session before running out.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop combos, the S1 Pro is ready to roll out of the box. It does need to be filled with clean water, but this is a simple task within the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock, if you prefer to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you decide to choose to use this feature you'll have to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit you to use your personal choice of cleaners.

Like many robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was quick to map a space and navigated around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a few times on carpets with longer piles and rugs during my testing, but this may be fixed as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides lots of features at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum cleaner, but it still has some outstanding features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing mop pads as it moves. The mopping system is capable of cleaning a large portion of an area before returning to its dock and the vacuum's high suction is capable of picking up debris and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is extensive, and provides many options to customize the cleaning process. You can clean manually all areas mapped by this device or select individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a routine you've developed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options.  robot vacuum hoover  uses the sensors on the mop to map the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo was a great performer in our tests, like the other Roborock models we've tested. Its navigation system works well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized manner. The 'Normal' setting for pathing does an excellent job of covering a room, with no gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, however it is not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot dangers like thick carpets, but it may not always recognize smaller things like rug tassels, or electrical wires.

The one glaring flaw of this machine is the lack of a mop after vacuum option which could be a problem for those who do a lot of vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. There's a good solution: the app offers the option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This allows you to use the vacuum's mopping capability to get rid of the last traces of dust and debris that are left behind by your vacuuming. This is a great feature that lets this vacuum clean a little better than its less expensive competitors.
